In the early 1970s, the owners of Ellis Stone Construction Company formed Viking Holding.  Through Viking, clients who are not interested in owning bricks and mortar can enjoy a custom designed facility.  Working together, Viking Holding and Ellis Stone Construction Company provide the full range of services required for Design-Build-Lease clients and turn-key construction:

• We will seek out and purchase suitable property for the facility, or purchase land already identified by the client.

• We will secure financing.

• We will provide design services through Ellis’ award winning design staff to provide you with a facility that will fit your needs.

• Using Ellis Stone Construction Company’s vast experience as a commercial contractor, we will construct the facility.

• Viking Holding will own the facility and will lease the facility to the end user.  We are able to provide a wide range of flexible lease options for our clients.

• Viking Holding also offers buy-out provisions to allow the user to purchase the facility at a pre-determined price during the course of the lease.
