Our award winning in-house architectural design team partnered with our construction team to develop our five-phase process; FOCUS, to provide Design-Build construction. 

The FOCUS Process

Phase I – FOCUS on the Customer

In this phase, we get to know the owner.  We work to understand your needs and wants, including your budget.  We will provide you with the first budget estimate for the project during Phase I.

Phase II – FOCUS on Design

During Phase II, we develop a design program with the owner and users of the facility.  During this phase, preliminary building elevations are produced as well as floor and site plans.  We provide a second project estimate based on the divisions of work. 

Phase III – FOCUS on Value

In Phase III, we are involved in design development and are at the point where we will receive and review competitive bids on the project.  We are able to provide owners with a guaranteed price.

Phase IV – FOCUS on Construction

Phase IV is when the owner’s vision becomes a reality.  It is in this phase that construction of the project is accomplished. Throughout construction, the construction and design team, along with the subcontractors and suppliers, meet with the owner. 

Phase V -  FOCUS on Satisfaction

Throughout the five phases of FOCUS, the owner’s satisfaction drives the process.  When your project construction is complete, we want to ensure your full satisfaction with a thorough walk through of the facility.  We will provide manuals and training on all systems, and will conduct a post occupancy evaluation.
