Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is an approach to the design and construction of a building that integrates people, practices, and systems.  IPD involves the owner, architect, and contractor at the early design stage through project completion.  IPD is based on a cooperative working relationship, shared risk and reward, and open exchange of data that is intended to result in lower cost, shorter design and construction schedules, lower overall risk, and overall improvement in efficiency and productivity.  Ellis utilizes the latest in industry technology.  We are able to provide technical enhancements, such as 3-D modeling, to assist in design and construction.
