The facility consists of 131,297 square feet on just over 21 acres of land of office space on four floors, and was completed in 12 months to meet the Owner's timeline. The project was completed under budget and with no loss time accidents. The building contains many renewable features and is seeking LEED Silver Certification. The office provides space for 860 employees and allows for 730 parking spaces. The site layout is designed to accommodate an additional 150,000 square feet on four floors and an additional 577 parking stalls. The project contains 46,000 square feet of glass; 4,800 sheets of plywood; 2,000 light fixtures; 11 miles of piping; 50 miles of wire; 315,000 feet of cable; 800 tons of steel; and 3,000 cubic yards of concrete. This building, which was seeking LEED certification, achieved the Silver LEED level.
