The developer of the 45,152 square-foot Village Park at Plover Retail Center desired a lifestyle center with a traditional, small-town, downtown look for this new facility. Our in-house architects used the marriage of several different pre-colored blocks and block patterns to give a variety in the center facade and created the look of several individual buildings built over time. We have been involved in numerous subsequent Design-Build projects for this owner, including additional buildings on this and adjacent sites, and the Weston Lifestyles buildings in Weston, Wisconsin.
