Description:
The challenge of designing the facility to fit the Toyota prototype while it was still under development required exceptional design creativity, and tremendous flexibility and cooperation between our architects, structural engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
The freestanding portal was fundamental to the IMAGE USA II prototype. The aluminum and translucent glass panel construction of the portal required innovative design to accommodate sheltering this area. The building featured 19-foot high glass interior walls on three sides of the showroom.
Careful workflow and space planning provided all managerial offices oversight to their areas of responsibility. A large aluminum and translucent glass panel entrance portal and aluminum composite material panels were featured in the show room.
