This administrative building for Lincoln County was 51,022 square feet on three floors and was built with structural steel (columns, beams, joists, and decking). It had poured concrete floors, steel stud exterior and interior walls, masonry veneer exterior, and aluminum framed entries. The building was built on a sloped site so that the south side of the building has two floors exposed and the north side has the top floor exposed.
