This 22,582 square-foot expansion included the flexibility to have 90 to 160 workstations. An 18-inch raised access floor for the entire general office space acts as the chase for electrical and telecommunications wiring. It also serves as the HVAC supply air plenum. Employees are able to control their environment at their workstation by adjusting their floor diffuser. Employees are also provided a generous cafeteria with a curved window wall and an abundant amount of natural light. Large planters are located down the middle of the general office space allowing employees to enjoy green space indoors.
