Our in-house architects worked closely with the owner and equipment supplier to design a facility that would be state of the art and offer a comfortable environment for patients. The design included 4,000 square feet of leasable space in the lower level. The design distinguished the orthodontic facility from rental space with two different exterior looks and two separate parking and entry locations. A well developed floor plan offered the doctor efficient access to operatories place on the perimeter of the facility. Private, hard walled operatories are also included.
