Description:
This project consisted of a two-story building addition of 29,562 square feet for the hospital and 24,779 square feet for a clinic; and a hospital renovation area of 33,143 square feet. The hospital portion of the project included a 25-bed critical access hospital for surgery, ambulatory procedure center, inpatient unit and pharmacy, imaging center and laboratory renovation, emergency department renovation, replacement ambulance garage, dietary renovation, medical records remodeling, cardiac rehab remodeling, and a combination of new and remodeled space for patient service center. The clinic portion of the project included the lobby, procedure rooms, administrative offices, a pharmacy, and 9 exam pods for 18 physicians. An addition for an expanded electrical, boiler, and chiller rooms supported the additional square footage.
